How reports are produced

We report on dealer asking prices in Europe. These are advertised prices, not completed sale prices. Each report identifies its observation date, sample and limits. Figures are computed from our own cleaned and deduplicated dataset. Read the methodology for sources, exclusions and publication thresholds.

Human review and AI assistance

A human editor, our founder writing as John Silverstone, reviews each report, checks the figures against our data and reviews the cited sources before publication. AI may assist with drafting and translation. A human checks the final copy, translations, claims and figures. We do not present AI output as independent reporting.
