A cut is any lowering of the asking price seen in the last 30 days; cars we started tracking recently count as uncut, so a market with newer coverage reads lower. Source: EuroCarIndex, dealer asking prices on 3 Nov 2026. How these figures are made

How this is measured
A car counts as cut when we saw its asking price go down at least once in the 30 days to the data date. Cars we started tracking recently have little price history and count as uncut, so a market or source added recently reads lower; compare countries with that in mind. Rankings use models with at least 30 cars from 10 dealers in the market. Methodology
